1 . COMMISSION INFORMATIONa) When commissioning me, it is the client's responsibility to ensure all relevant information necessary for their commission is provided (Including presentation of their character(s)).b) The characters you provide must be yours or you must have permission to use them.c) I have the full right to refuse a request if I am not comfortable with the proposal or nature of the art.2 . WORK-IN-PROGRESS & UPDATESMy updates on the drawing are not limited, but please do not rush the commission process. Once started, I will send drafts for approval. - At this stage, feel free to request changes and make any comments which I must keep in mind in the final piece. Once the draft is approved, I will proceed to finalize the commission, which I will send awaiting a final verdict.Please understand that changes after completion are very limited and may not be possible.3 . ART RIGHTSa) All rights to the art belong to me (Elly). This means you are not authorized to reproduce the art for commercial use without proper authorization. Therefore, it is primarily intended for personal use.b) You are not authorized to trace, edit, or claim ownership of any work I may do, except those with proper authorization.c) I retain the right to post WIP (work-in-progress) as well as finished works on my social media platforms.
(Non-posting may be requested depending on the nature of the commission)4 . REFUNDSa) Refunds are available if the piece has not yet been started. If you change your mind during production, you are welcome to inquire and negotiate a partial refund.b) It is not possible to request a refund after the commission has been completed.c) If I (Elly) decide to cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund (if there has been a prepayment).
I have the right to cancel any order regardless of the circumstances of the commission or client.
